SYTADIN 2.3.7

To improve the information provided to users of highways and national roads in Île-de-France, the State has launched a new version of the Sytadin smartphone application. This updated version offers the following features:

- Enhanced interface and more accurate map
- My Sytadin: direct access to personalized information about your favorite routes
- SOS: a virtual emergency call feature that allows quick contact with emergency services based on your location

And it still includes:

- Reliable information: all events and their consequences are verified by traffic specialists from the Île-de-France roads department, who cross-reference multiple sources of information
- Real-time information, directly sourced from sensors installed on the road network, intervention teams, cameras, and data provided by vehicles in circulation
- Predictive information, including planned road closures for the next 7 nights
- Integrated information, specifying the type of event (incident, breakdown, accident, construction, etc.), its location, origin, description, impact on traffic, and when available, the expected duration of disruptions

The Sytadin smartphone application is available free of charge and is completely free from commercial advertising.

The Île-de-France Roads Department (DiRIF) is the public service responsible for highways and national roads in Île-de-France. Its mission is to facilitate regional, national, and international travel on the national road network in the capital region. DiRIF is tasked with operating and developing Sytadin. As a decentralized service of the Ministry of Transport, DiRIF operates under the authority of the Prefect of Île-de-France, Prefect of Paris, within the Regional and Interdepartmental Directorate of Infrastructure and Development (DRIEA) in Île-de-France.
